For praise reports, prayer requests, births, deaths, or hospitalizations, you may
communicate your needs to the church by choosing one or more of the following options:

1.)  Complete an on-line Prayer Network Form, using one of the links above.
2.)  You may call the church office at 217-877-9529 
              during office hours:  (Mon - Fri., 8:30 - 4:30) 
              after office hours:  leave a message for hospital or death messages.

Information on the Prayer Network Form is submitted to our Heartland Family according to the options you choose and according to how current your personal information is in our computer database.  All requests are handled through the church secretary during office hours.  Your request is brought before the Father by many people who care for you!

When submitting a prayer request or praise report, please indicate if this request is public information or private.  When submitting information regarding a birth, death, or hospitilization, please fill in all required fields.
